Please any news about our Baby Angel! He seemed to be doing great in school and in sports. I enjoyed what he was doing. Does he need anything that we can get for him? He is in my prayers everyday. Nothing would delight me more than another good update.
I've removed the spam and taken away the ability of non-members of the site to post. This should (hopefully) eliminate the spam problem, but we'll see. Members can still post updates, if you have an update and can't post it, please email or PM me.

ramarch, I would say to delete the posts only brandicrump and devoncox as administrators can remove the posts but also if you click on the name you can flag the user as abusive and they could eventually be removed from wikidot altogether, I agree that this is not acceptable but whan can you do it was a matter of time for the site to get flooded with this crap. Don't let it get to you. Let's keep the little guy in our thoughts and hope for a good update.

I was pleased to see the foreign messages gone from this site until today when I see my message of April 29 copied almost word for word by Aria??? Maybe this Aria is a child and doesdn't understand anything about respect for other people's concern. Her message of May 3 didn't seem to show any concern for our Baby Angel. It is also quite obvious that Aria is not one of Angelo,Jr.'s benefactors. Aria grow up and get your own website.

Except for Aria August 18, we had gotten our website back. Aria is back again with her advertising. This time she even went as far as copying my message of ramarch April 29. Can't you losers muster up some respect for Angelo. Jr. and those of us who love him to stay off this website? We come to this website hoping for a favorable update and we come upon your spam!

Lately we have people using this site to advertise their wares. Please don't! Our only concern on this site is our Baby Angel and his wellbeing. If you are not into this, find your own website!
I just wanted to let everyone know that this site wont go down, so don't worry about that. I'm not sure if we will ever get any more updates on Angelo. The last I have heard is that he's doing well and is living his life like a normal kid - which is a good thing.
Beyond that, I suspect that information about him is not available in order to help him have a normal life. Nobody wants him to have continued publicity and be known among his classmates as the kid who's father ruined his eye. That's my 2 cents anyway.

I am heartbroken not knowing anything about our Baby Angel. Is he well? Is he happy? Does he need anything that we can give him? I worry that this site will be closed everntually and we will be cut off from other caring friends also. Please anyone with info help us!

Personally, I don't feel that the Rosas understands what the public has gone through with this story. I know that we do not have any ties to this little boy. That did not stop me from breaking into tears one day in the middle of Taco Bell. This story affected my life, despite my not knowing Angelo personally. I took time out of my schedule and drove hours out of my way to attend the fundraisers held for Angelo. I spent time and money. I don't regret this, and I'm sure none of you regret the effort you've put in either.
I understand the media situation. Still you would think the Rosas family could throw us a bone and update us on Angelo's condition now and then. That is all I want in return. I think we deserve that much. I have never received a response to any e-mail I've sent them, even when the site was up. I have to say, I'm not really impressed at this point.
I've tried to contact Billy at imforeverchanged.com to no avail. It's so hard not knowing how our little boy is doing and not being able to send him any gifts. Is there someone who has contact with his family who could set up a website for us? I'd be happy to contribute to the cost of such a website. I joined Facebook because Billy suggested it in order to get updates. That was a waste of time! I got no updates and really am not interested in Facebook! Meantime I'll just continue to pray for our Baby Angel. Because of all the prayers said for him and the prayers that will be said for him in the future something good will come out of this!!! So keep him in your prayers. Thank you and God bless all of you who care.

Hello to all, do you guys know what's going on? The site is gone and I am not sure about where to donate, is Angelo with his uncle for good? I know about the media blackout and all that is fine but I am not sure if the PO BOX is still current. I had sent a gift to it last december and I hope it got to its destination. That could still be kept up if we want to send something around the holidays or his birthday, sort of like a secret santa, you know I don't really see any harm on that. But someone has to pay for that and I mean I could do it as long as we all know it goes to the family and Angelo is part of that family. And about the general fund, where is the money and can we still donate? The year anniversary has passed for our little guy and I hope in spite of everything He's okay. Talk to you soon.

Billy, From what I read in some of the past e-mails there are some of us who have developed a love for this precious little boy. Is there some way we can get an update from time to time and send a gift(donation) occasionally without Angelo, Jr. being aware of any of it? We certainly do not want to do anything that would interfere with him having a normal life. How would we know if more funds are needed for his medical and surgical care in the future? How do we get funds to you to pay for this website? Love and prayers always.
Hi Billy, I think that's good that the money is gong to his guardians, sorry that the incorporation didn't work out. Can you give us an update on Angelo - how's he doing, how's his eyesight, is he adjusting to his new guardians?

It is very unfortunate to announce, however, effective two months ago, the IRS was going to deny our claim to incorporate as a non-profit organization. In order to have a better rapport with the IRS, and keep any possibilities of starting Forever Changed in the future, we have decided to withdraw our request to incorporate. This was also suggested to us by our lawyers. This means we need to restructure and reorganize! There are a few changes that need to take place.There are two main reasons that our claim was denied. 1. Jesse is the uncle and is in the organization (conflict of interest). We knew this might pose an issue in the beginning, however we were trying to get around it with our lawyers. The truth is, there is no way around it. 2. All or most of the money that was raised was for Angelo. A non-profit cannot structure itself around any one individual. There were two ways to try and get around this. We either took a significant portion of the money and invested it into the organization, or, we gave that same amount to another organization/organizations. Here is what we came up with. It is the decision that both Forever Changed and the lawyers came up with.
"Jesse Rosas, the uncle of Angelo Mendoza, Jr., was removed from the organization and from all or any decision making processes. Also, we cannot count the money that we raised for Angelo as a part of any funds raised on behalf of Forever Changed. The reason we were denied was because the money we raised was for a single individual. *A non-profit cannot structure itself around any one individual.* Since the money is/was raised for Angelo, then the money will go to his guardians."
The website is now down due to the fact that we do not receive enough donations to pay for the site per month. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. This will be the last update that you will receive from Forever Changed. It is a sad day for us, but we have to keep our heads held high. We do need to realize what we have already done for Angelo! The support and awareness that we have collectively raised was tremendous! I want to take the time to personally thank you for all of your support and efforts….
